EuroFlorist guarantees freshness of cut flowers for 3 days. They exist much longer when you take care of them properly.

Accepting the delivery means that the product is in expected quality. The recipient defines the quality and freshness of the product in acknowledgement form. If you are not completely satisfied with your gift bouquet please contact us. Complaints concerning freshness of flowers or product must be made within 24 hours since delivery via email. Please attach a photo of the delivered product to the message.  Other complaints you can repornt by phone, fax or email within 7 days since delivery.

EuroFlorist has been developping its brand in Poland for 10 years. We try to fulfill the orders according to the customer's request, so when a problem occurs we make every effort to fix it. Each complaint is carefully analised. After explaining the problem, Euroflorist offer a compensation for the mistake.

Complaints concerning the delay of delivery by DPD have to be reported to the EuroFlorist by telephone, fax or e-mail in 24 hours after the expected delivey date. Shall DPD fail to deliver the package on time, the client is eligible to claim the postage cost back.
